This is Ross Szczech here again for another instalment of my Kwikfit4u saga that I got into a little bit in my last post. As I stated in my last blog, I have been a member of the Kwikfit4u team since March 2010.
As soon as I was hired, I started to get my “vibe on”.
In fact if I remember correctly, I believe I was asked to hop on a 4U 2000 demo we have in the office during my interview for this very job! There I was in the middle of an interview for a job that I desperately needed, trying whole body vibration (WBV) for the first time. I remember that first time vividly, in a small office being asked questions from 3 different interviewers, all the while trying to discern what this machine was making me feel.
I remember in between questions, the Kwikfit4u staff would ask me to try a different position, or ask me “How does that feel?”, etc. To be completely honest, I could feel it working in my legs, through my back and torso, all the way to my upper body (Whole Body Vibration indeed..!) It was a weird situation, being questioned from all sides as it were, and at the same time trying to comprehend what my first spin on a WBV machine had been like.
Shortly after being hired, I had the pleasure of surprising my spouse with our very own WBV machine. Needless to say, she was ecstatic about having a machine at our house to use at our discretion.
We now use our machine at home 4-5 times a week, sometimes a few times a day. The results have been dramatic… more to come soon!
